Taking the First Step
The moment you decide that you’re ready to start feeling fantastic in your own skin, we’ll set up an initial consultation.
During that consultation, I’ll assess your goals and your current abilities. Together, we’ll identify what you need to get the results you crave. We’ll talk about the amount of time you’re able to (or are willing to) devote to working out and what type of equipment you have available to you.
Once that’s done, I get to work designing a personalized program and helping you understand how to implement this new plan.
Everyone at my training center located in Grand Rapids, Michigan and in the virtual community is at a different stage in their fitness journey and that’s how we like it.

Every workout is delivered, viewed and tracked through an app where you’ll get short videos of me demonstrating each exercise.
In other words, there won’t be any guesswork involved! When you’re feeling motivated, all you have to do is open the app and I’ll be right there beside you, cheering you on with practical and effective workouts.
In addition to your personalized training plan, you’ll be able to track your stats, such as weight, reps, sets, progress pictures, and more.
You’ll also be able to communicate directly with me, Angela Korte. It’s truly an app unlike any other I’ve ever seen.
